Unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Email us at hi@theserendipitydesign.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you simple return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
